POC: comparable results in 80 seconds vs. 8 weeks of Mindfulness Meditation (MBSR) 11
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a 60h, 8 weeks program that reduces stress, anxiety, depression with e/ects that hold up months to years later. MBSR was part of the validation for the Toronto Mindfulness Scale (TMS), scale we use to quantify our treatment´s e/ectiveness.

TMS (curiosity + decentering) results: 28% increase vs 23% for MBSR. The di/erence in e/ect size is because our approach works more consistently across individuals.
